That’s an increase of $188,500 in 7 years! This is an average annual appreciation rate of 5.4%, and definitely will make the 2010 buyers feel great!
Average Resale Home Sizes
Ox Bow home sizes typically fall in a range of 3,000 to 5,000 square feet, and the sales in 2017 were above the middle of this range.
No homes have sold in Ox Bow this year, but the average in 2017 was 4,362 square feet.
